Join us for a full-day, in-person session exploring how the Enneagram can deepen our listening and help us ask better questions. This workshop is open to those using coaching skills in their work – whether you’re new to the Enneagram or have been working with it for years. We’ll focus on experiential learning, practical tools, and reflective practice.

What to expect
This practical, reflective day is designed for coaches who are curious about the Enneagram – and those with existing knowledge of it – who want to explore how it can support their work with clients.
We’ll look closely at how the questions we ask in coaching are shaped by our own personality patterns and instincts, as well as those of the people we’re working with. Through live demonstration, dyad practice, facilitated discussion, and type-based reflection, we’ll examine how the Enneagram can offer us a deeper way of listening – one that can help us to better understand both sides of the coaching relationship.
This is not a day for learning the Enneagram in full. Instead, it’s about discovering how even a basic awareness of Enneagram dynamics – such as the centres of intelligence or early clues to ‘type’ – can radically shift what we notice, how we respond, and meaningfully affect quality of questions we bring to the coaching space.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how these personality patterns show up in a coaching environment, a set of frameworks for asking better questions, and a renewed sense of curiosity about the motivations behind our outward behaviours.
