The Centred Voice
Thank you for being part of Enneagram Alive’s One Day in London.
The Centred Voice is about more than technique. It’s not just how we speak, or what we say. It’s about how we feel about ourselves before and during the moment of expression – whether teaching, presenting, or simply finding our voice in everyday life.
Our type patterns shape those moments. Each of us leans on body, heart, or head – and when agency, bonding, or certainty are threatened, our voice carries the strain. The work begins by noticing this, resourcing ourselves, and returning to presence.
This is the space I create with people: blending voice work, the Enneagram, and body awareness so you can speak with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
Connect on LinkedIn
I share reflections on voice, presence, and the Enneagram – as well as updates on events, panels, and masterclasses. Follow along and join the conversation.
Enneagram Café
A community of people exploring type together in a safe, reflective space. Twice a month we gather online for panels, discussions, and workshops – deepening self-awareness and learning from each other’s lived experience. It’s a place to stay connected to the Enneagram in community.
Voice Notes
Earlier in the year I decided to bring together the threads of my work, creating a fortnightly piece of writing I call Voice Notes.
This newsletter brings together stories, insights, and reflections on voice, presence, and authentic communication. Each issue offers something to notice in your own speaking and relating – sometimes drawn from my coaching, sometimes from the Enneagram, sometimes from music. It’s an invitation to pause, reflect, and practise finding your voice in daily life.
Chat over coffee
If you’d like to speak about anything we covered today, or would like to explore how we might work together, this is the place to book in a half-hour chat.
“I wanted to send a quick message to thank you for last night’s session. I found it truly nourishing – it inspired me to do a lot of journaling afterward, which helped clarify some things for me. The space you created felt so welcoming and supportive. Your insights, facilitation, and thoughtful summaries and questions were all wonderful. You did an amazing job. Thank you!”
